Western Australian Blues & Roots fans are in for a treat when American Blues Pianist-Singer-Songwriter Scottie Miller arrives in Perth on April 17th.

Scottie starts his WA tour off by accompanying Grammy-nominated artist Ruthie Foster at the 2011 West Coast Blues & Roots Festival in Fremantle on April 17th.

Western Australian audiences will also have the chance to see Scottie perform at the Perth Blues club and several other shows in WA as his tour continues into May.

The Minnesota Blues Music Hall of Famer and former pianist for the legendary Bo Diddley, will also be featuring his Solo talents in the Perth metro area with performances at The Ellington Jazz Club and Mojo\\\'s Bar.

With an extensive Resume that includes studies at the Berklee School of Music in Boston, multiple appearances on the Legendary Blues Cruise, a Finalist at the International Blues Challenge, as well as personal recommendations from the likes of Johnnie Johnson and Grammy Award winner Pinetop Perkins. It’s apparent that Scottie possesses talent that is something very special indeed!

With (5) self released albums to his credit and a brand new DVD release in 2011. Scottie’s Barrelhouse Blues, New Orleans funk, Jazz and Soul show now arrives in Australia where Worldwide praise and critical reviews will now include Australia as well.
